The worst mass murderer of the century wasn't one of the dictators who merely killed "undesirables" in his own country or in other countries around his, but the people who used genetic engineering to create the Green Cold and AIDS. They killed tens of millions of people all over the world. Can Martin and Sang Hi figure out who they are in time to prevent them from trying again, and getting rid of everyone this time?
